Here is my final design for my digi-pak, as you can see I have followed the conventions of the album designs in my research but I have also added my own ideas such as a flower vine of the back cover to add to the romance in my artist's songs. The design has also been placed on the CD this was to add a relevant design to the space as leaving only text made the disc appear unfinished, using the vine design added consistency to my design.
I have kept the idea of placing a large photo of my artist on the front cover, this is to put more emphasis on her and to make the album stand out, changing my arranged idea of a black and white image on the front cover. Instead I have used colour as there was little detail to the image I found this out as I manipulated the design. Keeping the photo in colour has produced detail and is effective for the front cover.
On the inside cover I placed a copy of the copyright details on the lower part of the image, in addition I have included a comment about life, mentioning how we learn from our mistakes to develop more as a person, by including this I believe there is more emphasis on the songs also to refer to my own music video and my music video's meaning.
I am pleased with my digi-pak design as the design relates to the genre and incorporates well with my music video which uses a variety of lighting effects.
